Man City AND Aguero back with a BIG bang! 0

Posted on October 30, 2016 by Admin

We knew that the recent winless run for Manchester City would not last, even though iot was a bit of a worry that with all the talent available to him this was the longest spell without a win in the managerial career of Pep Guardiola.

Poor ref NO excuse for Man City v CSKA disaster!! 0

Posted on November 05, 2014 by Admin

All the pain that Manchester City fans have felt in the Champions League in the last few years was distilled into 90 minutes tonight as City’s faltering campaign collapsed with a home defeat by CSKA Moscow. The referee, as usual, was awful and gave us nothing all night.

Man City v Man Utd Review – Awesome Aguero goal just enough!! 0

Posted on November 02, 2014 by Admin

For quite a long time this game looked like it could be another frustrating one for Manchester City and Manuel Pellegrini. Despite our dominance of the ball, creating some great chances and playing against 10 men from the 39th minute, there was less than half an hour to play when Sergio Aguero broke the United resistance.

This was TOP class from Man City captain Kompany 0

Hello Man City fans. A desperately disappointing draw in Moscow for us leaves Man City teetering on the brink of an early bath from the Champions League. But that is not the reason for me tp write this piece. I am seriously impressed with what our cptain Vincent Kompany said after the game.

Man City NEED fired up Toure and some help from Arsenal 0

Posted on October 05, 2014 by Admin

It looked for a long time that Manchester City would suffer another disappointment in a season that has yet to catch fire for us. And many pundits have tried to lay a lot of the blame for our indifferent form at the feet of the Ivorian international Yaya Toure.

Rubbish Roma Ref but Man City were poor AGAIN in Champions League 0

Once again it was a disappointing European night for Manchester City, after huffing and puffing and only coming away from the home game against Roma with a point. After losing the opening game in Munich, it was important to get a win on the board and we are now right up against it to even qualify, never mind topping the group to avoid the biggest clubs in the knockout round.

Bang! Bang! Man City have Premier League in their hands again! 0

Posted on April 27, 2014 by Admin

After all the twists and turns in this Premier League season so far, it was a bit premature for people to write off Manchester City. And it was even more premature for some scouser to decide to print off and sell a bunch of T-shirts proclaiming Liverpool as Premier League winners for 2014. Bang, you lose! Bang, we win!

Man City CAN still win title but need help from Chelsea 0

There is no getting away from the fact that Manchester City dropped the baton last night by drawing with Sunderland. The players let the pressure get to them and, as the manager admitted, the hangover from the result against Liverpool was weighing on their minds.

Dzeko defies anyone to stop Man City after derby delight 0

Posted on March 26, 2014 by Admin

Manchester City have got to be clear favourites for the Premier League title now, having overcome the potential hazard of a trip to Old Trafford. United were left dazed and confused by a dazzling display by City, which was sparked by an early goal by in form striker Edin Dzeko.

Pellegrini let Man City down by blaming referee 0

Posted on February 19, 2014 by Admin

It was gutting to see things go wrong for Manchester City last night, especially the late Barcelona goal scored by Dani Alves that makes a turnaround at the Nou Camp so much more difficult. But what was just as painful, for me, was to see Manuel Pellegrini blame it all on the Swedish referee Jonas Eriksson.
