Aguero ban to help Man City beat Monchengladbach in Champions League 0

Posted on September 13, 2016 by Admin

The Manchester City and Argentina international striker still has two match left of the three match ban handed out for that elbow on West Ham defender Winston Reid, but that does not apply to the Champions League and having a fit and fresh Sergio Aguero to unleash on the German club Borussia Monchengladbach tonight is just what the doctor ordered as City aim to get this UCL campaign up and running with a win.

Will De Bruyne help Man City to seal £46m transfer? 0

Posted on August 12, 2015 by Admin

I would have thought that the transfer of Kevin De Bruyne to Manchester City was already a done deal after the Man City transfer rumours revealed this week that we had already made an offer of around £46 million to the German Bundesliga club Wolfsburg, despite denials from the coach Dieter Hecking. City have not been shy of splashing even more cash to increase their chances of winning the Premier League title, and De Bruyne will definitely give them more firepower for the campaign, which resumes with a cruch match against Chelsea on Sunday.

Man City have GREAT chance to set EPL marker v Chelsea 0

Posted on August 12, 2015 by Admin

Even at this very early stage of the Premier League season, the next game could be an absolutely crucial one for Manchester City. Just as our next opponents did last season, Man City could establish an early lead over our main rivals for the title and we all saw how hard it was to claw back that early advantage.

Is Man City boss REALLY safe from Ancelotti and Klopp? 0

Posted on May 16, 2015 by Admin

Not long ago all the Manchester City transfer rumours were talking about the Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola taking over from Manuel Pellegrini at the end of the current season, and as the German champions recently suffered the disappointment of being knocked out of both the German cup and the Champions League it seemed more likely.

Game ON for Man City to secure second in BPL 0

Things have certainly taken a turn for the better for Manchester City over the last month or so, even though Chelsea have already wrapped up the Premier League title for this season. That was always going to happen though and for a while it looked as though we might struggle to even qualify for the Champions League next season.

Is Jurgen Klopp the Manager to Take Us to the Next Level?

There is, understandably, plenty of speculation regarding Manuel Pellegrini’s future at the club at the moment, and many of the blue faithful do think it is time for a change in order to help us fight for the title AND have a good go at the Champions League during the 2015/16 campaign.

Man City team with NO Kompany for QPR trip 0

Posted on November 08, 2014 by Admin

To say that Manchester City losing the captain and centre back Vincent Kompany is a bit of an understatement, especially as we are away to QPR who have the two big front men Bobby Zamora and Charle Austin to cause an already wobbly City back four problems.

Poor ref NO excuse for Man City v CSKA disaster!! 0

Posted on November 05, 2014 by Admin

All the pain that Manchester City fans have felt in the Champions League in the last few years was distilled into 90 minutes tonight as City’s faltering campaign collapsed with a home defeat by CSKA Moscow. The referee, as usual, was awful and gave us nothing all night.

Man City v CSKA Moscow Preview and Line Up 0

Posted on November 05, 2014 by Admin

The maths is pretty simple for Manuel Pellegrini and Manchester City now in the Champions League. After the disappointing draw with CSKA in Moscow two weeks ago, City are teetering on the brink of an early Champions League exit, but at least we have our destiny in our own hands.

Man City v Man Utd Review – Awesome Aguero goal just enough!! 0

Posted on November 02, 2014 by Admin

For quite a long time this game looked like it could be another frustrating one for Manchester City and Manuel Pellegrini. Despite our dominance of the ball, creating some great chances and playing against 10 men from the 39th minute, there was less than half an hour to play when Sergio Aguero broke the United resistance.
